Individual therapy is a space to meet yourself. A place to put words to what you feel, understand what you’re going through, and give yourself the time you need to reconnect from a more authentic place.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Sometimes all you need is the desire to listen to yourself more calmly, with someone who supports you without judgment.

About the Individual Session

The individual session is a personal space for support where you can express what you’re experiencing, understand your emotions, and become aware of how you relate to yourself, others, and your surroundings.

There are no “big” or “small” issues: any reason is valid if it matters to you. You set the pace, and the process is built on listening, respect, and honesty.

Sessions can be held in person or online, depending on your preference.

Sometimes we need to pause, look inward, and give ourselves a space just for us. Individual therapy can help you do exactly that: listen to what is happening inside you, without judgment and with clarity.
