What is Gestalt Therapy?
Gestalt Therapy is a form of support focused on the present moment. Through dialogue, awareness, and authenticity, it invites you to know yourself better, take personal responsibility, and express what you feel, to live with greater connection and inner coherence.

Living in the present: A moment to realize what is happening within you, with honesty and acceptance. Being present helps you understand yourself better and opens a path toward a more authentic life.

Taking charge of your life: Recognizing your ability to decide and respond to what you experience. Personal responsibility is not a burden, but a transformative power.
Emotional Integration
Giving space to what you feel: Integrating emotion and reason helps you understand yourself more deeply. When what you think, do, and feel align, an internal sense of balance arises.

I’m Cristina Pampurini, and I support personal growth processes through a Gestalt approach. Over ten years ago, I discovered in therapy a way of living with greater awareness, freedom, and meaning, and since then, I have accompanied others in finding their own path.
I work from presence, respect, and deep listening, creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself, with what you feel, and with what you truly need.

Do I need to have a clear problem to start a session?
No. Sometimes we just feel discomfort, disconnection, or confusion. The process starts there: with the desire to look inward.
Is the first session free?
Yes, the first session is free. It’s a first meeting for you to get to know the space, the way I work, and see if you feel comfortable. No commitment.
What is the recommended frequency between sessions?
Usually once a week, but we can adjust it to your needs and life rhythm. The important thing is to maintain a pace that allows you to move forward with ease.
Can I switch between online and in-person sessions?
Yes. You can choose the format that suits you best at any given moment, depending on your availability, energy, or circumstances. Both formats offer the same depth.
What do we talk about in a session?
Whatever you need. Sometimes it’s a specific emotion, a situation you don’t understand, or simply what emerges in the present. There’s no script: what matters is that it’s your space.
