In the world of therapeutic work, well-meaning advice often shows up too.
Some suggest that a professional should stick strictly to academics, show only credentials, and speak with a polished, structured tone.
But… where does that leave what’s human?
Where does it leave authenticity, laughter, contradiction, doubt?
Being a therapist is also being a person
Emotional health isn’t built in a white, silent room.
Often, it’s born in the mud, in shared tears, in laughter that frees, in silence that doesn’t judge.
In Gestalt therapy, we believe that accompaniment isn’t about applying protocols.
It’s about being present with what is.
And that includes the therapist just as they are: with their history, their sensitivity, their limits, their successes, and their way of being in the world.
There’s no perfection in this profession.
But there is commitment, presence, and honesty.
What if your path had no manual?

It’s tempting to seek answers outside: in books, formulas, gurus, recipes.
But the simplest and deepest truth is this:
the most interesting path is your own.
There’s no other like it.
Your keys aren’t in someone else’s résumé or the latest trending method.
They’re inside you.
That’s why my therapeutic approach doesn’t aim to impose, but rather to listen, explore, co-create.
And yes, also to laugh, doubt, cry or make mistakes along the way.
Because that’s real life.
And that’s how real transformation happens.
Not everything is for everyone
It’s true: some people may prefer a therapist who stays strictly within academic boundaries.
That’s okay.
But if you feel that real change comes from authenticity, from deep connection, from giving yourself permission to stop pretending and start being…
then we can work together.
A therapeutic space that listens, not imposes
Gestalt therapy doesn’t rely on rigid structure.
It adapts to you —your pace, your need, your truth.
There is no mold: only presence.
There is no right path: only your path.
If this way of seeing life and supporting others resonates with you,
perhaps you’ve already taken the first step.
And meanwhile, I’ll keep writing with honesty.
Because this too is health: not hiding behind what’s expected.
