How do online sessions work?

The same care, wherever you are

Online sessions allow us to meet wherever you are, maintaining the same presence, attention, and depth as in-person sessions. The place doesn’t matter — the connection does. All you need is a quiet space and an internet connection; the rest, we build together.

Presence beyond the screen

Even if we don’t share the same physical space, the encounter happens just the same. The focus is on you, on what you feel, and on what unfolds during the session.

A place for you, wherever you are

Whether you live abroad, travel, or simply prefer staying at home, this option lets you continue your process without interruptions. All you need is a quiet space and a connection.

The same way of accompanying

The approach is the same as in a face-to-face session. What matters is not the format, but the listening, the rhythm, and the respect for your process.

Flexible pace, adapted to you

We’ll meet at times that best fit your daily life. The schedule and frequency are decided together, according to what you need.
