Trusting, even without guarantees
There comes a time in life when we decide to trust.
Not because everything is clear, or because we have all the answers.
But because there’s a feeling in the heart that pushes us to move.
An impulse that may not be logical —but is powerful.
That’s exactly what happened to me last week.
I listened to someone I admire, with a solid, authentic and dignified digital business.
She was presenting a course to develop professional and communication skills.
And even though I didn’t fully know why… I felt I had to leap.
The decision to trust (even in the noise)
For a long time, I said I wouldn’t take any more courses.
And yet —here I am.
Knowing that this course may not be life-changing, but still feeling it marks a clear gesture: my commitment to myself.
Part of me said:
“This won’t help. You already know this stuff. You’re wasting money and time.”
But I chose not to give power to that sabotaging voice.
I’m not doing it for money. I’m doing it for the message.

I don’t need more money.
Although yes, I want more.
But this isn’t about income —it’s about impact.
I feel like I’m not fully transmitting what I could.
And if there’s something that’s up to me… it’s how I communicate it.
My message is this: you already have what you need
I deeply trust this approach:
“You already have within you everything you need to be well and live the life you want.”
That’s why I believe in Gestalt therapy —
because it trusts in the body’s self-regulation.
Just like nature: if we stop interfering, growth and harmony come on their own.
Trust isn’t magic. It’s presence.
Many people are skeptical of therapy.
They reduce it to pretty words or label it emotional fluff.
But it’s not blind faith.
It’s about trusting yourself again, about your natural ability to grow, heal, and transform.
Change begins by opening the door from within
For new experiences to come, you have to be willing to receive them.
And that means opening an inner door.
Only you can do that.
But you don’t have to do it alone.
Would you like me to walk with you?
Through this path of thorns, doubts and also flowers,
I walk with you in the certainty that your deeper self knows the way.
It just needs space, listening and presence to move forward.
Gestalt therapy can help you discover and hold that path.
