Who am I?
My path, also part of yours
My name is Cristina Pampurini, and for over ten years I have been supporting personal processes through a humanistic and experiential approach.

I discovered Gestalt therapy when I personally felt the need to pause and look inward. What I found was much more than answers: I found a different way of being in the world, more connected with myself, my emotions, and my relationships. From there, I decided to train and dedicate myself to supporting others on their own paths.
My approach is based on presence, honesty, and respect for each person’s own rhythm. I don’t give prefabricated advice or solutions. I listen, accompany, and create a space where you can reconnect with your most authentic self.
I don’t believe in rigid processes or magical formulas. I believe in real encounters, in words spoken with truth, and in the transformation that happens when someone feels truly heard.
About my work
How I understand the support I offer
My approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy and draws on humanistic tools. I accompany from authenticity, focusing on what is happening in the present moment, in the body, and in relationships. Here are some key points that define the way I work:
Connect with what you feel here and now
Notice what happens in your body, in your emotions and in the present moment. It opens the door to know yourself more deeply. I offer support with full attention and without judgment towards whatever arises in you.
Explore how you relate to others
Your relationships speak about you: how you express yourself, how you listen, how you protect yourself. In therapy, we explore those patterns to find more honest and conscious ways to connect.
Give yourself space to look inward with calm
Sometimes we need to pause, step out of automatic mode, and truly listen to ourselves. Therapy offers a nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself and with what you truly need.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have a clear problem to start a session?
No. Sometimes we just feel discomfort, disconnection, or confusion. The process starts there: with the desire to look inward.
Is the first session free?
Yes, the first session is free. It’s a first meeting for you to get to know the space, the way I work, and see if you feel comfortable. No commitment.
What is the recommended frequency between sessions?
Usually once a week, but we can adjust it to your needs and life rhythm. The important thing is to maintain a pace that allows you to move forward with ease.
Can I switch between online and in-person sessions?
Yes. You can choose the format that suits you best at any given moment, depending on your availability, energy, or circumstances. Both formats offer the same depth.
What do we talk about in a session?
Whatever you need. Sometimes it’s a specific emotion, a situation you don’t understand, or simply what emerges in the present. There’s no script: what matters is that it’s your space.
